Canasta is very independent. She loves cuddles, but only on her own terms. She wakes us up early in the morning with an insisting meow to get cuddles. But she is not the type of cat that likes to be picked up and carried around.
She did an amazing job with her first litter. The birth was without any complications and she allowed us to follow the birth on the side. She took very good care of her kittens and she even helped Vananda with her litter when they arrived 4 weeks after her own.
